The quickest way to update your email address is to contact your company's User Admin with a request to make the update.


If you don't know who to connect with, you can click on your name in top right of the portal and go to Account. In your Account Settings - Profile information click on Edit Profile, and under Email click "Contact support".


Alternatively, you can email advisorysupport@poweredbyhackett.com with a request to update your email address.


Please note you can only use a business email address associated with an organisation who is an active Advisory Member.
