Some of our memberships provide access to our Advisors - Subject Matter Experts in their field, for unbiased perspectives and advice on best practices, performance, and trends. If you are one of the defined program contacts, you will have direct access to an Advisor and will be able to schedule one-to-one calls with them to discuss your questions and support needs.

To book a call with your Advisor, click on the Advisory Team tab on top of the Hackett Connect page, where you will see the team of Advisors associated with your membership. Find the Advisor you normally work with, and click on the "Schedule a meeting" button under their bio.

This will take you to their MS Bookings page. Select an available date and time that works for you, scroll down to add your details and any additional information, and click "Book" to schedule a 25 minute call. A calendar invite will be automatically issued to you, with a Microsoft Teams link for the virtual appointment, and a link to manage the booking.

You can move or cancel your appointment if necessary by going to the meeting invite in your calendar, and clicking the Manage Booking link, where you can reschedule or cancel your booking.
