Some of our memberships provide access to our Advisors - Subject Matter Experts in their field, for unbiased perspectives and advice on best practices, performance, and trends.


If you are one of the defined program contacts, you will have direct access to an Advisor and will be able to log questions and requests for Advisory support, which we call inquiries.


To open a new inquiry, click on your name in top right of the portal and go to Inquiries. Here you can see all your open and closed inquiries, and in the "Your Team" panel on the right you'll find the option to create a new inquiry.


Select the program area that your question falls under, then select the type of question you have: whether you're looking for performance metrics, research, a peer connection or a custom response. Put a brief summary of your request in the Inquiry Subject field, and the details of your request in the Inquiry Details field, then click Submit. Your Advisor will be in touch through the platform, and you will be able to see the status of your inquiry as we work on it.
